It is an area which has triangular shape and is situated on a slightly slant slope. Access to the public roads (Mickiewicza Street is possible only in the form of easement of land via the adjacent plots.

The Kłodzko City Office launched the procedure of legislating a new Study, and then a new local Plan, in which this area – in accordance with the request submitted by OT – shall be intended for the purposes of residential development (current function – closed area).
The plan is expected to be passed by the end of 2013.
