Location
The town is a local services and industrial centre and an important transport hub where three voivodship-class roads meet. The property is located in the northern part of the town, in the direct vicinity of Polish Trunk Road DK 109 to Kołobrzeg. DK 109 is a popular route to the seaside used by many vehicles, especially in summer. The filling station is accessible via the internal, concrete road, directly from Piłsudskiego Street. Description
The filling station building was erected in 1965. This is a one-storey facility, with no basement, wooden structure, thermally insulted, with galvanized metal sheet roofing, modernised in 2000 when large new PVC windows were fitted. The property is heated. The fuel pumps are connected to four single-shell tanks: three 25m3-capacity tanks and one 15m3-capacity tank.
