The property is situated within the former barracks complex in Wolsztyńska Street and 1-go Maja Street, in the eastern part of the town of Babimost. The terrain to the south of that complex is being rapidly developed with manufacturing and commercial facilities. The areas around the plot – former military unit premises – are covered with barracks, administration and infrastructure buildings. The access to the said plot is good as it lies next to Plot no. 597/34 which belongs to the Municipality of Babimost and where a local communal road is to be constructed pursuant to the Land Division Decision.

The property is covered with building no. 11 (barracks) of the usable floor area of 4,025.76 m2.
In the western part of the plot, there is an asphalt yard connected along the barracks building with an asphalt road. The surface area of the yard is 2,480.00 m2 and the surface area of the road is 320.00m2. The plot is serviced with the following utilities : electric power network , water-and-sewer system, and central heating system. The plot is not fenced.

The property is included in the Local Zoning Plan of the Municipality of Babimost (Babimost Town Council’s Resolution no. XVI/79/08 of 27.02.2008, Official Journal of 25.03.2008, no. 23, item 530).
In the Local Zoning Plan of the Municipality of Babimost, Plot no. 597/41 is marked with symbol UO/MW, which designates areas earmarked for educational functions or multi-family residential development. It is allowed to erect in this area or its part multi-family residential development, hotels or commercial service facilities. Any production facilities or garages, concrete fencing or cell-phone transmitter towers are forbidden.
