The Military Property Agency sells without organizing an auction (retail sale) unlicensed movables if:
- the book value does not exceed the amount laid down in the regulations concerning recognition of assets as fixed assets,
- it has been determined that it is not possible to auction a price higher than the going market rate.
Non-auction sale is carried out at the sale points organized in all regional offices of the Agency. The addresses and other contact data of the sale points and the available items are listed in the announcements of non-auction sales published in daily press and on the website www.amw.com.pl in section "Movables" - "Non-Auction Sale".
