Location

Świnoujście - one of the most attractive cities of the Polish coast, located on the right at the edge the north - western Poland. It is the only city in Poland situated on several dozen islands. Its borders are: the Szczecin Bay, the Baltic Sea and a national border with Germany. Due to its location Świnoujście has exceptionally favorable conditions for the development of the maritime economy and tourism.

The property is located in the eastern part of the city, directly at the Winter Basin, approx. 2 km from the promenade which is the main attraction of the city in the summer.

Direct neighborhood of the real estate is an apartment housing, the Department of Water and Sewage, and from the east wharf waterfront of boulevards and gas company. In the distance is a service buildings.

Access is carried out by asphalt paved road.

The plot has a regular shape - it is a rectangle with sides of approx. 165m x 70m. The property is fenced on the street side, while the waterfront is an open area, where there are bollards for mooring ships. (currently wharf is out of service due to its poor technical condition). The whole area is flat, built 2-storey buildings (an usable are 429m2 and 564m2) and outbuilding qualifying for demolition. Land, mainly in the southern part has been partially hydrogenated bituminous surface (including square bitumen of the area 2.376m2) and trylinka. Locally there are few trees and decorative bushes.
