The property is located at Stefczyka Street in Kraków, in 17th District Wzgórza Krzesławickie, at the Grębałów Housing Estate.  The distance to the Main Market Square is approx. 12 in a straight line, whereas to Lubocka Street, where a bus stop, stores and service points are located, approx. 350 m.

Access to the city centre of Kraków via Mogilska Street, al. Jana Pawła II and al. Solidarności. Karola Darwina Street and Sybiraków Street adjoining the property are asphalt roads. The distance to state road No. 79 connecting Kraków with Sandomierz and Warsaw is approx. 5 km.

The area is located between Stefczyka, Darwina and Sybiraków Streets.
