Kołobrzeg lies in the central part of the West Pomeranian seaside, at the border of the Koszalin and Szczecin Coastlands, at the mouth of the River Parsęta to the Baltic Sea, in the northern parts of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. It is the chair of the Kołobrzeg County. The town is especially famous for a great number of spas. In Kołobrzeg and its vicinity, there are springs of mineral water, brine and beds of medical peats. From 1967, Kołobrzeg has enjoyed the status of a spa town. One of its main assets, aside from the unique climate and seashore beach, is the harbour, which serves commercial, fishing, yacht mooring and passenger handling functions.
The plot is located on the outskirts of town, in the vicinity of multi-family residential development, leisure and recreational development and service areas.
The shape of this plot is regular and allows its development to be well optimised; the plot area is flat, the insolation good. The plot is not developed or managed in any way yet; the area is unenclosed, widely accessible. There are few self-sown trees without any utility value, to be felled. The technical infrastructure is situated by the street running along the plot. The access to the public road is direct. The access road is compacted. The property has a great potential for development according to its management plan.
According to the current extract from the land register, the no. 2/12 plot is marked with symbol PsV – permanent pastures.
According to the applicable Local Area Management Plan for this area of Kołobrzeg, adopted by Resolution no.
