The real property is located within the former military complex, located at ul. Wyzwolenia and Partyzantów, on the outskirts of the city, about 2 km from the city centre of Gubin.
Access to the real property is good, through an internal road, i.e. the plot No. 105/53, hardened with granite blocks and cast concrete.
Next to the subject real property there are the areas of the former barracks, which has been partially transformed for production and service purposes, and areas owned by PKP and residential development.
The real property is developed with a garage building No. 18, usable surface 1860.42 m2, cubic volume 5552 m3, one storey with an attic, detached development.
Moreover, the following is located within the real property:
– a concrete yard, of the area: 583 m2located in front of the building;
– in the eastern section, a brick fence, 65 metres long, 2.2 m high.
The shape of the plot is regular. The terrain is almost completely flat.

The city of Gubin has not started to prepare the local spatial development plan for the subject real property.
