The real estate is located on the area of former military airport. Currently, this is a civil airport. The real estate is surrounded with areas partially cultivated and forest areas. At a small distance from the real estate there is the bridge between Babimost and Zielona Góra. The town of Babimost is located 5 km from the real estate and 34 km from Zielona Góra i 98 km from Poznań. The Commune's area is crossed by important car and railway communication routes, and at the distance of 22 km from Babimost there is a river harbour at the river of Odra in Cigacice. Both railway and river harbour offer a container-load transport.
At the real estate there are the following buildings and structures: building no. 19 – power feeding substation (detached building, single-storey building, without basement, erected using the traditional technology, equipped in installations: electric and sewage systems - to a holding tank. The building composes of an electric distribution box with a transformer and electric workshop), building no. 58 - gas station, road with a bituminous pavement, sites with a bituminous pavement, and internal fencing of buildings no. 19 and 58. The real estate does not have a direct access to the public road. Public road can be accessed through plot no. 1299/40 with the surface of 4.5722 ha (land and mortgage register no. 24548), constituting the ownership of the Site Division of the Military Property Agency in Gorzów Wlkp. Upon selling the plot no. 1299/45, road servitude shall be established, connected with the right to passage and cross through plot no. 1299/40, on behalf of every owner of the plot no. 1299/45. The neighbouring plot no. 1299/46 with the surface of 19.6002 ha (land and mortgage register no. 24528) does not have any access to the public road. Upon selling the plot no. 1299/45, road servitude shall be established, connected with the right to passage and cross through plot no. 1299/45, on behalf of every owner of the plot no. 1299/46. The real estate can be accessed through a bituminous road. The real estate is surrounded with areas partially cultivated and forest areas. The real estate area is not fenced. The real estate has an irregular shape. The area of principal surface of the real estate is flat, and lowering of site can be found around the watercourse in the southern part of the plot.
