The real estate is located on the area of former military airport. Currently, this is a civil airport. The real estate's surrounding are area of field crops and forest areas. At a small distance from the real estate there is the bridge between Babimost and Zielona Góra. The town of Babimost is located 5 km from the real estate and 34 km from Zielona Góra i 98 km from Poznań. The Commune's area is crossed by important car and railway communication routes, and at the distance of 22 km from Babimost there is a river harbour at the river of Odra in Cigacice. Both railway and river harbour offer a container-load transport.
The real estate was developed with a warehouse building no. 59. Building in bad technical condition. Within the borders of the said plot, there is a bituminous road 209m long and 4m wide. On the remaining part of the real estate there are self-sown trees, foundations of former building structures, water courses, and a water reservoir in the middle part of the plot. A devastated electric distribution box is also located on the plot area. The real estate has access to the electric network. From the eastern side, the plot has a 1330m long and 2m wide fence from a barbed wire stretched between reinforced concrete poles anchored in the soil. The plot has an irregular shape, the area in its major part is flat and lowered only around existing water courses. Plot no. 1299/46 does not have a direct access to the public road. The real estate can be accessed through road plot no. 1299/40 and through a bituminous road located on plot 1299/45. Plots no. 1299/40 and 1299/45 (Land and Mortgage Register no. 24548) are owned by the MPA. Whereupon, when selling the said real estate a road servitude shall be established, connected with the right to passage and cross through plot no. 1299/40 and 1299/45, on behalf of every owner of the plot no. 1299/46.

The study on conditions and directions of spatial development for the Commune of Babimost, passed with a resolution of the City Council in Babimost no. XIV/72/2000 of 19 June 2000, the real estate is marked with Tr symbol - variable areas.
