Ladies and Gentlemen,
You are invited to buy our property. We are currently offering new attractive land and interesting army equipment withdrawn from service. Details are to be found on the subpage “Real Properties”, “Unlicensed Movables” and “Licensed Movables”.
Properties that are offered for sale are very diverse, which is due to their hitherto use. We have former airfields, firing fields, storehouses, barracks, officers’ messes, small plots and multi-hectare areas, empty and built-up. Our properties may be developed by future investors in many ways. More information on this subject may be found on the subpage “Real Properties”.
In case of real properties the primary form of their disposal is sale and lease through an auction. Oral biddings are organized by our Regional Offices, Detailed information on participation in auctions may be found on the subpage “Auctions”.
In case of local governments and public benefit organizations the Agency may decide to dispose of the property without a tender procedure. Information on the rules and the entities to which a no tender procedure may be applied is to be found on the subpage “No Tender Procedure”.
Movable property
Unlicensed movables that are offered include:
- engineering and airfield equipment;
- transport and specialized vehicles;
- transport and specialized trailers;
- fuels and water transport and distribution equipment;
- catering equipment;
- municipal equipment;
- marine equipment, transport and specialized trailers;
- army issue, plumbing and electrical items;
- household and office equipment;
- machines and workshop equipment;
- spare parts to the equipment offered;
- recyclable materials and wastes.
Our offer provides a unique opportunity for enterprising people who would like to start their own business. So far it has been used by hundreds of thousands of customers; several hundred companies have been established, whose operations have been based on the Agency’s offer and which have secured for themselves a permanent position in the country’s economy.
Licensed movables that are offered include, among other things: firearms, artillery and rocket equipment, communications and radiolocation equipment, aircraft and ships, ammunition and explosives.
Unlicensed equipment may be bought without any restrictions, mostly through bidding. Only in case of army issue and petty equipment a no tender procedure, i.e. retail sale is used.
