Acting under Article 35.1 and 31.2 of the Real Property Management Act of 21 August 1997 (consolidated text Dz. U. of 2004 No. 261 item 2603 as amended) an in connection with Article 23.1  of the Act of 30 May 1996 on the management of certain assets of the State Treasury and on the Military Property Agency (Dz. U. of 2004 No. 163 item 1711 as amended)

specifications for the property held by the Military Property Agency

in Podlaskie voivodship, in the land register designated as plot No. 421 precinct Czyże, of an area of 0.1400 hectares.

There is no actual local spatial development plan for Czyże Community. According to spatial development conditions and directions study the property is located in area of „26 UK,A – various services”. The property is not developed.

 The plot no. 421 of total area of 0.1400 ha is built up with the following facilities:

- no. 1 (administrative and habitable function) of usable area of 226.00 m²  and capacity of 1,152.00 m³;

- no. 2 (farming) of usable area of 35 m² and capacity of 226.00 m³,

- refuse hap of usable area of 6 m² and capacity of 9 m³.

The property has a perpetual book No.1182 kept by the X Perpetual Book Department of the District Court Bielsk Podlaski, placed in Siemiatycze.

The VAT amount will be added to the price for the property in accordance with the regulations applicable as at the date of sale.

In case an auction is organized for the sale of this property, its date, time, place and conditions will be publicly announced in a separate notice.

Persons entitled to claim acquisition of the property under Article 34.1.1 and 34.1.2 of the Real Property Management Act (consolidated text Dz. U. No. 261 of 2004, item 2603 as amended) or under separate regulations may file property acquisition applications by 9^th June 2009.
