Location

The land property is located in the Fordon district of Bydgoszcz. The distance to the city centre of Bydgoszcz amounts to approximately 10 km. Due to a considerable distance from the city centre, Fordon is a self-supporting district which offers a full range of services.

*the local land use plan for the “Zofin and Niepodległości” residential developments in Bydgoszcz, approved by virtue of the Resolution No. LII/1687/2002 of the Bydgoszcz City Council of July 10, 2002, according to which the plots nos 16/6, 16/17 and part of the plot no. 16/15 in section 426, located at Gryfa Pomorskiego Street, are situated within the borders of the “B33KD” arrangement – planned access road, internal road.
