The real property in question is located in the north part of Śródmieście district, at ul. Międzyparkowa. It constitutes part of the Traugutt's Fort. Międzyparkowa Street constitutes an improved and paved road used by municipal transport services. Vehicle access to the real property in question is possible only via neighbouring plots, immediately adjacent to ul. Międzyparkowa. There is no direct access to a public road.
The real property in question is located within the area of the Traugutt's Fort, currently used as a leisure complex. The area of the Fort contains a football pitch, tennis courts, car parks, etc.
Description
The Aleksey's (Traugutt's) Fort (Fort Aleksieja (Traugutta)) is one of the Forts of the Warsaw Citadel (Cytadela Aleksandrowska), constituting the main part of the Warsaw Fortress. The Citadel, the main framework of which was built in the 30's and 40's of the 19th century, served mainly as a prison.
The Aleksey's Fort was built between 1849 and 1851 and then considerably enlarged between 1864 and 1874.
At present, the Fort is located within the area of the Kusociński sports park. It is one of the fortifications around the Citadel, which preserved the parts of its earth system.
The building located within the area of the real property in question constitutes a one-storey, built feature with full basement, dating back to 1834 and constituting part of the Traugutt's Fort, constructed on a circular plan. The centre of the circle is the court. The building consists of several dozen enclosed spaces which serve as offices, warehouses or utility rooms. The enclosed spaces have arches.
