Rules for real estate management
The Military Property Agency disposes of the redundant and temporarily unused property of the Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of Interior and Administration. The proceeds are transferred to the RP Armed Forces Modernization Fund and the Public Security Modernization Fund of the Ministry of Interior and Administration.
Real properties are offered for sale by auction or without a tender procedure. A primary form of an auction practices in the Agency is public oral bidding. Sale without a tender procedure is applied to entities mentioned in Article 37.2 of the Real Property Management Act of 21 August 1997.

Our properties are located throughout the country and we try to take into account the diverse needs of local communities. In justified cases our land is sold to local governments without a tender procedure, in accordance with the rules specified in the applicable laws. Such sale is carried out upon the consent of the President of the Military Property Agency.
