Tenders for the sale of licensed goods
Public tendering procedures organised by the Military Property Agency AMW for the sale of licensed movables are governed by the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 5 October 1993 in the matter of rules governing the organisation of tendering procedures for the sale of fixed assets by State-owned enterprises and the terms and conditions of abandoning such tendering procedures (Journal of Laws Dz.U. No. 97, Item 443) and the By-Laws of public tendering procedures for the sale of licensed movable property, introduced by virtue of Ordinance No. 23/2007 passed by the Chairman of AMW on 20 December 2007, as amended.
Companies eligible to participate in the tendering procedures for the sale of licensed movable property shall hold a license covering the scope governed by the Law of 22 June 2001 on running business activities within the scope of production of and trading in explosives, arms, munitions and products and technologies, designed for military or police use - Journal of Laws Dz.U. No. 67, Item 679 as amended.
Detailed sale offers are available exclusively to the companies holding MSWiA license upon the provision of a password (different password for each tendering procedure).
Licensed movable property covered by the tendering procedure may be examined upon prior arrangements with the Director of ZGMRiOS - tel. (022) 314 9884.
Buyers of licensed movable property shall enter into written contracts, stipulating certain detailed terms and conditions of acquisition, receipt and payments.
Payment and hand-over deadlines are the only negotiable terms of contract.
The requirements concerning the acquisition of the following waste:
Client's offer for the acquisition of tendering items that feature waste shall cover the entire quantity thereof on offer.
Business entities eligible to participate in the tendering procedures for the acquisition of waste shall:
- hold valid permit for the transport, collection or transport and recovery or transport and disposal of waste referred to in tendering procedure items, in keeping with the Law of 27 April 2001 on waste
- be registered as business entities running operations within the scope of receipt of and trading in waste products, referred to in tendering procedure items
Requirements concerning the acquisition of firearms:
When buying arms, the BUYER shall be obligated to cover the costs associated with the firing of 3 cartridges from each item of firearms, as stipulated under §5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and the Minister of Home Affairs and Administration of 9 September 2001 (Journal of Laws Dz.U. No. 156 Item 1303, as amended).
Requirements concerning the acquisition of munitions:
Shall the munitions acquired have no valid technical condition tests, classification certificate and evaluation sheet of explosive material in terms of safety, the Buyer will be obligated to carry out at its own expense the tests of such munitions.
Auxiliary requirements:
- Vehicles acquired from AMW shall be handed over without registration plates and registration documents.
- It is recommended to personally examine the licensed movable property items subject to tendering procedure prior to submitting your tenders for the acquisition of such items.
Prior to submitting your tender, it is necessary to become acquainted with the following remarks:
